The DISC Model
The DISC Model provides a simple and easy insight into human behaviour. None of the four types are negative, and are simply differences that can be found in natural behaviour. The four behavioural traits assessed are Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Correctness.
The DISC model does not judge how succesful one can be, but rather their preferences and and attitudes when approaching different situations. Based on the DISC report, you can learn how to implement behavioural change to increase performance and synergy within the workplace.
